TOM ELTING
President
- 1985 Graduate of Oregon State University. B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience includes project estimating, staffing, management, scheduling, completion, and equipment management.
- Projects have included site work, highway, and structure construction in the public and private markets.
- Licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Washington, and California.
- Part of our team since 1996.
STEVE DUNN
Vice President
- 1999 Graduate of Oregon State University in Construction Engineering Management.
- OSU 1999 Team Member AGC Heavy Civil Construction Student Competition.
- Heavy construction experience includes estimating and project management in airport, highway, stream restoration, environmental enhancement, and utility projects.
- Part of our team since 2000.
SCOTT CORWIN
Office Manager, Administration
- 1987 Graduate of California State University – Los Angeles. B.S. in Business Administration.
- 32 years of experience in group life & disability insurance employee benefits administration, including 6 years as an appeals auditor.
- 20 years of experience in group insurance account management.

TROY LANDERS
Equipment Management
- 26 years of experience as a mechanic, welder, oiler, and procurement officer.
- Extensive knowledge of equipment operationg systems and maintenance requirements.
- Part of our team since 1995.
TERRY MOORE
Project Superintendent
- 35 years of roadway, site work, stream restoration, environmental enhancement, and utility/pipeline construction experience.
- Adept at managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Part of our team since 1990.
MIKE HUEY
Project Superintendent
- 20 years of construction experience
- Adept at managing pipe, grading, and specialty projects
